Ms. Sahiba Gafarova, Chairperson of the Non-Aligned Movement Parliamentary Network, met with Mr. Seah Kian Peng, Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Singapore

On May 14, Ms. Sahiba Gafarova, Speaker of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Chairperson of the Non-Aligned Movement Parliamentary Network, met with Mr. Seah Kian Peng, Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Singapore, within the framework of the official visit to Singapore.

Ms. Sahiba Gafarova informed Mr. Sea Kian Peng regarding the future activities of the Non-Aligned Movement Parliamentary Network, established at the initiative of H.E. Mr. Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Ms. Sahiba Gafarova recalled that the Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the NAM PN and the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly in 2023.

There was also an exchange of views upon other matters of mutually beneficial cooperation within NAM PN.
