Meeting at the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan with the delegation of the Chamber of Deputies of the National Congress of the Republic of Chile

On July 1, the members of the Working Group on the Azerbaijan-Chile Inter-Parliamentary Relations of Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan met with delegation led by Mr Tomas de Rementeria, head of the Chili-Azerbaijan Friendship Group of the Chamber of Deputies of the National Congress of the Republic of Chile, visiting Azerbaijan to participate in the Baku conference of the Parliamentary Network of the Non-Aligned Movement.

Mr. Azer Badamov, head of the Working Group on the Azerbaijan-Chile Inter-Parliamentary Relations of Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan, greeted the Chilean delegation, expressed appreciation for their participation in the work of the Non-Aligned Movement, and spoke about the importance of the Baku Conference.

Mr Tomas de Rementeria, head of the Chili-Azerbaijan Friendship Group, voiced satisfaction with his visit to Azerbaijan and expressed that discussions at the Baku Conference were devoted to significant issues.

Opinions on other topics of interest to the parties were also exchanged during the meeting.
