The Third Conference of the Non-Aligned Movement Parliamentary Network took place in Geneva, Switzerland with more than 300 participants from 53 delegations, including Speakers and Deputy Speakers of their respective national parliaments, as well as inter-parliamentary organizations.

On February 23, Ms. Sahiba Gafarova, Speaker of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Chairperson of the Non-Aligned Movement Parliamentary Network, met with Ms. Hamda bint Hassan Al-Sulaiti, Deputy Speaker of the Consultative Assembly of the State of Qatar, during her visit to Azerbaijan in the framework of the 14th Plenary Session of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly.

On February 23, Ms. Sahiba Gafarova, Speaker of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Chairperson of the Non-Aligned Movement Parliamentary Network, met with Mr. Mahinda Yapa Abeywarden, Chairman of the Parliament of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, in the framework the 14th Plenary Session of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly held in Azerbaijan.

On February 22, Ms. Sahiba Gafarova, Speaker of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Chairperson of the Non-Aligned Movement Parliamentary Network, met with Mr. Mohsen Ali Akbar Al-Mandalawi, First Deputy Speaker of the Council of Representatives of the Republic of Iraq, during his visit to Azerbaijan in the framework of the 14th Plenary Session of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly.

On February 23, Ms. Sahiba Gafarova, Speaker of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Chairperson of the Non-Aligned Movement Parliamentary Network, met with Mr. Mohamed Aslam, Speaker of the People’s Majlis of the Republic of Maldives, in the framework the 14th Plenary Session of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly held in Azerbaijan.

On February 23, Ms. Sahiba Gafarova, Speaker of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Chairperson of the Non-Aligned Movement Parliamentary Network, met with Mr. Tariq Altayer, First Deputy Chairman of the Federal National Council of the United Arab Emirates, during his visit to Azerbaijan in the framework of the 14th Plenary Session of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly.
